The prices as published on the website www.kunstkultur.com apply. The prices shown include the respective statutory VAT, if applicable.

Conclusion of the contract

All orders are binding and cannot be cancelled or changed. Since the services offered are considered leisure services within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (Konsumentenschutzgesetz, KSchG), the customer is not entitled to a special right of withdrawal in the case of a contract concluded at a distance or in the case of a contractual declaration stated at a distance (Fernabsatz).

Exclusion of a right of return and exchange

The return or exchange of tickets that have already been paid is not possible. No refund can be made for tickets that have not been used, or only partially used, or for tickets that have been lost in any way.

Cancellation of an event

In case of cancellation of an event please write to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
In case of concellation, tickets can only be returned where they were purchased. If copies have been made and are in circulation, only the ticket presented or submitted first entitles the holder to a refund of the purchase price.
In the event of cancellation, postponement or change of program, no expenses (such as hotel, travel expenses, etc.) will be reimbursed.
Changes to the cast, program and/or schedule as well as changes to the start times are expressly reserved and shall not be deemed a reason for the return and/or exchange of tickets. If the event has lasted until the break or 45 minutes after the start, no refund will be made. For organizational reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to refund the ticket price on site.
